We've had a great time for the past two days – we have started our VITA lighting European Tour on Monday, 3rd of August, in Copenhagen, at Kongens Nytorv, a representative landmark for the city.
For two days, we welcomed lots of curious people and VITA enthusiasts in our “living room on wheels”; we have hosted fun competitions, where we set the first VITA on Tour record for assembling a Silvia mini: 7 minutes 25 seconds; and we have captured all the great moments in a lovely Photo Gallery that you can find here.
We have also had the chance to meet Anne Charlotte Tiedemann, a very talented Danish painter who imprinted a bit of her fantasy world on two VITA Silvia lamps. She told us the touching stories behind her creations, “You are not alone” and “VITAmina”, and you can discover them in a charming interview that you can find here.
But as much as we would miss our hometown, we hit the road to Kolding. And here we are now! Come meet us at Kolding Storcenter, entrance G, between 14:00 and 20:00. We have also planned lots of exciting events, and the Danish artist Verner Brems will be our artist for a good cause. He will be paining one of our lamps that will be auctioned at the end of the tour, and all the proceeds will go to charity.
